Terms Of Sale For Real Estate:
All Funds
Must Be Certified. A Deposit of $10,000 is required at time of
Auction registration.
Upon acceptance of high Auction bid, buyer will be required to sign the Contract
For Sale Of Real Estate for the Final Contract Price* and deliver
the required deposit. The balance of 10% of the Final Contract Price
will be delivered within seventy-two (72) hours. Final balance is due at
closing, within forty-five (45) days. Property is sold in "As-Is"
condition, No
Contingencies. Sale subject to
confirmation by Seller(s). Marketable title, free and clear of all
liens, is guaranteed. Due diligence is the responsibility of the all
Bidders. In order to participate in this Auction, you
MUST have
a CERTIFIED
CHECK for $10,000.00.
Sale is not subject to Attorney's review and is legally binding upon signing.
Please ask all questions prior to Registration and/or Bidding.

Buyer's Premium on Real Estate: A Buyer's Premium of 10%
will be added to the Accepted High Auction Bid amount to create the Final
Contract Price. (For Example: If the Accepted High
Auction Bid is $100,000.00, adding a Buyer's Premium of 10%, or $10,000.00
would then create a Final Contract Price of $110,000.00)
