All items are sold “AS-IS” and we make no warranty, representation or guarantee.

Wm Barron Galleries, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw any lot prior to sale. Descriptions have been made to the best of our ability and are provided as a service only. All lots should be previewed by the prospective Buyer or agent to evaluate condition of property offered for sale.

The Auctioneer will acknowledge the highest bidder. Title will pass to the highest bidder upon the fall of the hammer and Buyer immediately assumes full risk and responsibility.

Buyer will pay the full purchase price, which will include the bid price, plus a Buyer’s Premium, plus NJ State Tax, immediately upon receipt of invoice. All sales are final.

Immediate Payment is Required.

If the buyer fails to comply with full terms and conditions of sale, Wm. Barron Galleries, Inc. reserves the right to take action as deemed necessary.

As a courtesy, we offer you alternate methods of placing bids: via telephone on a “first-come” basis; or by written absentee bids.   However, we are not responsible for failure to execute such bids and/or for errors relating to the execution of such bids. All arrangements for such bidding must be made PRIOR to date of sale. A 20% deposit of bid is required.
